2010 COTTAGE RENTAL INFORMATION

Reservation Deposit (Balance payable on arrival)

Persons (Age 5 to 17) - $7/night, $35/week
Persons (Age 18+) - $10/night, $50/week
Early arrival / Late departure - $8/hour
Unauthorized Guests - $50/night, $250/week

During Peak season, cottages are rented by the week only.
Peak Season: (Labour Day 2009- Labour Day 2010).

Friday to Friday rentals:
Cottages 7, 8, 9A, 9B, 10 & 12 & RV's.

Saturday to Saturday rentals:
Cottages 1, 2, 3 & 5, Tolendal & Parkside.

During the off season, the minimum rental period is 2 nights. (3 nights on long weekends and New Years).

Check-in time is at 3:00pm
Check-out is 11:00am

Cottages rented with regular beds made.

Towels are provided September 15th to May 20th

Rates quoted are for one or two people over age 18 and one or two dependents under age 18. Rates may be paid in Cash, VISA, Mastercard or Debit. Advance deposits may be paid by cheque.

Cottage rates are effective Labour Day 2009..

Taxes where applicable are extra.

Quiet Hours: are from 11:00 p.m. (Midnight Saturday) to 8:00 a.m.
(10:00 a.m. on Sundays)

Cottages are NOT rented to inadequately supervised groups of teenagers and young adults.

Rental terms and conditions are listed on resort registration forms and brochures.

Cottages are rented with the following items included:

• Clean linens on the bed
• Extra blankets and pillows
• Bath towels are provided from approximately Sept. 15-May 20th. They are not provided during our peak season.
• Microwave
• Fridge
• Stove
• Toaster
• Television (with satellite-we have no DVD players or VCR's and try to discourage use of them).
• Cooking and eating utensils
• Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups
• Tea pot
• 2 Tea towels and one dish cloth
• Dish soap
• 2 garbage bags
• Coffee maker
• B-B-Q (and utensils)
• Toilet Tissue
• Vacuum
• Broom and dust pan
• Mop and pail
• Oscillating fan (one per cottage)
